How do I choose between Copolyester, TPU and Multi-layer?
Selection depends on clinical objectives: Copolyester (C-Clear) for standard orthodontic and aesthetic cases; TPU (T-Force) for complex cases requiring controlled, high-force delivery; Multi-layer (MUL-Comfort) for balanced performance across treatment stages, including night guards and splints.
How should sheets be used after opening?
Recommended usage is within 15 minutes after opening. Delayed use may lead to moisture absorption and bubble formation during thermoforming — controlling exposure time is critical for defect-free production.
What is the shelf life?
2 years in sealed original packaging, stored in a cool and dry environment. Once opened, material should be used as soon as possible.
Is a protective film required?
Two options are available: sheets with protective film offer surface protection, improved cleanliness and reduced contamination risk; film-free sheets enable higher production efficiency.
