Workflow
One Automated Cycle, Six Precise Stages
Load the basket, close the lid, and let the PL-A09 take your models from freshly printed to perfectly clean and dry.
Defatting & Spin Drying
The cycle begins in the defatting chamber, where the basket spins to strip away surface residues and prepare the models for deep cleaning.
First Cleaning
Models are immersed in the alcohol-free cleaning solution for the first wash, dissolving the bulk of uncured resin from every surface.
Second Cleaning
A second solution bath lifts away the remaining residue, reaching fine details and deep geometries that a single wash would miss.
Ultrasonic Water Washing
A 40 kHz ultrasonic transducer drives a deep water rinse, flushing every last trace of cleaning solution from the models.
Spin-Dry
The 90 W spin dryer removes rinse water quickly and evenly, leaving models dry and ready for post-curing.
Cleaning Completed
Open the lid and lift out the basket — up to 20 models, spotlessly clean and dry, ready for UV curing and final inspection.
