Overview
A Fully Timed, Fully Automatic Cycle
Every stage of the PL-A07 is precisely choreographed. Each wash stage follows a fixed rhythm — 1 minute loading, 4.5 minutes washing and 1.5 minutes draining — while new trays enter the line continuously for uninterrupted production.

Workflow
From Printed Model to Finished Part — in Seven Steps
Follow a tray of dental models through the PL-A07, from smart collection to final quality inspection.
Smart Collection & Securing
Freshly printed dental models are collected into the collection basket. A safety mesh cover keeps every model firmly in place, preventing the water flow from washing models out of the tray during cleaning.
Automated Rough Wash
The intelligent transfer system lowers the basket into the first post-processing tank, where the detergent rough wash begins — laying a solid foundation for thoroughly cleaned models.
Automated Fine Wash
Models move from the first tank into the second for a 5-minute ultrasonic fine wash that leaves every detail spotless. Meanwhile, newly printed models enter the rough-wash stage in parallel, keeping the line in continuous motion.
Deep Water Rinse
Fine-washed models automatically enter the third tank for a 5-minute ultrasonic deep water rinse, removing any remaining residue and preparing the models perfectly for drying and curing.
High-Speed Air Drying
After washing, the models are transferred to the air-drying zone, where 10 minutes of high-speed airflow dries them quickly and evenly — creating the ideal conditions for light curing.
UV Light Curing
Once dried, the models enter the curing zone and receive uniform UV exposure from every angle, ensuring the strength and durability of each finished model.
Completion & Manual Transfer
After curing, the models are automatically transferred to the completion zone, where specialists carry out the final quality inspection and manual transfer — ensuring every product meets the highest standard.
