Prismlab RP-300D Dental 3D Printer — Large Format · No Spatula Required · Stable Intelligent Manufacturing

Dental digital production continues to move toward higher efficiency, greater stability, and less manual intervention.
For batch printing of dental models, in addition to build size and molding capability, the time-consuming, labor-intensive, and model-damaging nature of traditional manual spatula removal also constrains the efficiency of the entire production process.
Therefore, Prismlab China Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Prismlab”) has launched the RP-300D dental 3D printer, saying goodbye to traditional manual spatula removal. Simply pull the demolding device gently, and the dental model automatically detaches.
Targeting denture processing plants, large dental laboratories, and digital dental clinics, it covers batch printing scenarios such as implant models, orthodontic models, gingival models, and tray models, providing a more convenient solution for digital dental model production.
Say goodbye to manual spatula removal and make demolding easier

After printing is completed, there is no need to use a spatula for manual part removal. Simply pull the demolding device gently, and the dental model automatically detaches.
Say goodbye to problems such as the laborious nature of traditional spatula removal, easy damage to models, and hand injuries from spatulas. Part removal is more worry-free, models remain more intact, and the part removal step after batch printing is easier and smoother.
Large-format printing, 24 implant models in one batch
The build platform size is 300×160×380 mm, and up to 24 implant models can be printed in a single batch.
Whether for implant, orthodontic, restorative, or removable denture orders, batch output can be achieved, effectively reducing the per-unit printing cost and handling daily batch orders with ease.
Built-in temperature control system provides a better environment for stable printing

The machine has a built-in intelligent temperature control system, combined with a heater and temperature probe, to monitor and adjust the printing environment temperature in real time, effectively reducing the flow resistance of high-viscosity dental resin and ensuring the resin remains in optimal molding condition.
Whether in a cold winter workshop or a working environment with large temperature fluctuations, print quality remains consistent, significantly improving the print success rate and the stability of model precision.
One machine, multiple applications: a full-scenario model solution

The RP-300D can be used in a variety of digital dental model production scenarios. From data to model, it meets the diverse production needs of dental laboratories in a one-stop manner and maximizes equipment utilization.
