The thermoforming machine is a very important tool for making invisible dental braces. In order to prolong the service life of the machine, we must do a good job in the maintenance of the chiller in the thermoforming machine.
1、 For equipment maintenance, the machine must be shut down and cut off the power supply first, and then the operation can be carried out 3 minutes later, otherwise there will be an electric shock hazard. When the ambient temperature is lower than 2 ℃, the internal water must be drained when the machine is shut down for a long time. Dismantle the dust screen regularly for cleaning and use the compressed air gun to blow away the dust accumulated in the condenser (it is recommended that the dust screen should not be missing for a long time).
2、 The cooling medium allowed for the chiller: purified water, distilled water, high-purity water and other softened water. It is prohibited to use oily liquids, liquids containing solid particles, corrosive liquids, etc. Clean the filter element and replace the cooling water regularly (about three months is recommended) to ensure the normal operation of the chiller.

3、 When the ambient temperature is lower than 2 ℃ and stored with water, the water tank of the chiller needs to add antifreeze. It is recommended to add antifreeze containing ethylene glycol and propylene glycol with the concentration not exceeding 30%. After the air temperature is warmed up, the medium such as purified water and distilled water shall be replaced, the chiller shall be operated for 30 minutes to remove the residual antifreeze, and new circulating water shall be added for use after emptying.
