DMJ 50A Polishing Machine
Description
Prismlab DMJ 50A's process uses physical centrifugation to quickly grind the product, solve the single crystal, flocculation, flanging burrs. The special effect can be customized according to different products, covering cutting surface marks, chamfering rounding, measuring removal, etc. After the test, the original physical properties of the clear aligners are not affected after the grinding, including the original hardness, elasticity, smoothness, transparency, the quality, appearance and lifespan. The grinding process achieves high efficiency on a stable basis.

Application
All clear aligners in different materials can be processed, no matter it is a single layer of TPU, PETG, PA, PET, or a combination of TPU and PETG two/three layers, or a composite of multiple polymer compounds.
